Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp ginger, grated

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.

Stir until sugar dissolves.

Use for stir-fries or noodles.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
