1 1/4 oz. vodka
3/4 oz. raspberry liqueur
1 splash Rose lime juice
juice of 1 lime wedge
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
Cover, shake, and strain into a 8 oz. rocks glass.
Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in orange juice. Cool to room temperature.
Just before serving, pour into punch bowl. Add cold seltzer and ice cubes. Place scoops of sherbet and fruit slices in punch.
1 fluid ounce vodka
1 fluid ounce gin
1 fluid ounce triple sec liqueur
1 fluid ounce rum
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle cola-flavored carbonated beverage
Pour vodka, gin, triple sec and rum together into a large pitcher and adjust the cola proportions to your personal taste and stir.
Pour into a tall glass with ice.
In large saucepan, combine coffee, sweetened condensed milk and chocolate syrup. Over low heat, cook and stir until coffee is hot.
Pour 1 1/4 cups coffee mixture into 12 ounce mugs.
Garnish with whipped cream (optional) and chocolate shavings (optional). Serve immediately. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
