6 cups shredded Asadero OR Provolone cheese
1 cup beer
1 sm. onion – chopped fine
2-3 jalapeno peppers – seeded, minced
2 cloves garlic – minced
2 Tbls. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. hot sauce
Combine all ingredients in crock pot and stir.
Cook on low heat setting until all ingredients are melted together.
Stir again, and serve hot with warmed corn tortilla chips.
