Crispy Greek Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
1 ½ lbs chicken tenders
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions
In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Add chicken tenders to the marinade, coating them evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).
Pan-Fry Method:
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken tenders for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
Baking Method:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place chicken tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve hot with lemon wedges, tzatziki sauce, or a fresh salad.
