Soy-Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
Ingredients
Juice of 2 limes, about 1/4 cup
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce, such as sriracha
1 small shallot, finely minced
1 – 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and finely minced
1 garlic clove, finely minced
2 teaspoons honey
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup EVOO
Directions
Toss all ingredients into your favorite shaker and shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds. Alternatively, you can whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Drizzle on your favorite mix of greens for an Asian inspired salad, or pour a bit on some freshly grilled fish for a tasty treat.
