Honey Garlic Shrimp Bacon Jalapeño Poppers
Ingredients
12 jalapeños
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. Set aside.
In a skillet, cook the shrimp with honey and garlic until cooked through. Remove from heat and chop into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix together the shrimp, bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each jalapeño half with the shrimp and bacon mixture. Secure with toothpicks.
Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the filling is bubbly and slightly browned.
