Thai Green Chili Sauce for Seafood
Ingredients
10 green chilies, to taste
4 tablespoons fish sauce
2/3 cup loosely packed coriander
3/4 cup loosely packed mint
4 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons sugar
5 cloves garlic, peeled
Directions
Add green chilies, fish sauce, white sugar, coriander, mint, garlic, and fresh lime juice in a food processor or blender.
Pulse for 10 seconds, until the sauce turns into a smooth consistency.
Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, and white sugar. Serve with your favorite seafood!
