Coconut Sweet Chilli Sauce
Ingredients
¼ cup sweet chilli sauce
½ cup light coconut cream
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
juice of 1 lime
1 kaffir lime leaf, finely chopped (optional)
3 tablespoons chopped coriander (optional)
Directions
Mix together all ingredients. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
