5 Ingredient Apple Dumplings
Ingredients
2 Granny Smith apples (or any firm apple)
1 (8-count) can refrigerated crescent rolls
½ cup butter, melted
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon Optional
Serving Ideas:
Vanilla ice cream
Caramel drizzle
Whipped cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Core apples (no need to peel!) and cut each into 8 wedges.
Separate crescent dough into triangles.
Place 1 apple wedge on each triangle, roll up, and place in a greased 9×13” dish.
Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour evenly over dumplings.
Bake & Caramelize Bake 25-30 mins until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve Warm!️ Spoon sauce over each dumpling and top with ice cream or whipped cream.
