Watermelon Feta Skewers Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup feta cheese, cut into ¾–1-inch cubes (or use pre-cut feta blocks)
Fresh mint leaves (1 per skewer)
1–2 tbsp balsamic glaze (for drizzling)
Optional: black pepper, lemon zest, or chili flakes
12–16 small skewers or toothpicks
Directions
Cut watermelon and feta into evenly sized cubes.
Rinse and pat dry the mint leaves.
On each skewer, stack a cube of watermelon, a mint leaf (folded if large), and a cube of feta.
Or reverse the order for visual variation.
Place on a serving platter.
Drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze.
Optionally sprinkle with black pepper, lemon zest, or chili flakes for a flavor boost.
You can refrigerate for 15–30 minutes before serving for extra refreshment.
