Crescent Brie Bites

Ingredients

2 (8-ounce) tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough
8 ounces Brie cheese, chilled
½ cup fruit jam or preserves, such as raspberry, apricot, fig, or strawberry

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch glass baking dish.

Place the Brie in the freezer for about 10 minutes to make it easier to cut.

Unroll the crescent dough and press the seams together to form two rectangles. Cut each rectangle into 12 squares, for 24 pieces total.

Cut the chilled Brie into 24 small cubes, about ½–¾ inch each.

Place each dough square in the baking dish. Add one Brie cube to the center and top with about 1 teaspoon of jam.

Pull the dough around the filling and gently pinch the edges together to seal.

Arrange the bites snugly in the dish so they are touching.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the dough is puffed and deep golden brown.

Let them cool for 5–10 minutes, then serve warm.
