Spinache and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

2 10 oz boxes of frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
1 pkg. of cream cheese
8 oz of grated cheddar cheese
1 egg
salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all together. Put in casserole dish, and bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
