Peas N Mushrooms


1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tsp. minced garlic – optional
1/4 cup butter OR margarine
1 dash dried thyme
salt and pepper – to taste
1 bag frozen peas – prepared as directed


Sauté mushrooms and garlic in butter until liquid evaporates. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper. Pour over peas and stir to coat.
