Crispy Crab Bites

Ingredients

1 package crab cake mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pound fresh crab meat, drained and cartilage removed
1/4 cup vegetable oil
tartar sauce, for serving

Directions

Combine the crab meat, crab cake mix, and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Gently toss.

Form your crab bites into 1-inch round balls.

Fry in batches until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Serve with tartar sauce.
