Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients

16 ounces linguine cooked
1/2 cup butter, softened
4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

Set your oven to 350 degrees F (or 176 degrees C), and prepare the noodles following the box instructions. Then set aside.

Next, in a medium sized mixing bowl, combine together the cooked and diced chicken, chicken soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, butter, and broth. Then add in the cooked noodles and mix together completely.

Lightly grease a 9×13” pan, then and pour in the noodle mixture. Finally, sprinkle the assortment of cheeses on top. Bake in the preheated oven for around 40-50 minutes.
