Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

Ingredients

2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups of mixed frozen vegetables
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 (12-ounce) can refrigerated biscuits

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium-size bowl, add in all of the ingredients besides the refrigerated biscuits.

Using a spatula, combine all of the ingredients until well blended.

Cut each biscuit into fourths and add into the chicken mixture.

Prepare a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray, then spread your chicken biscuit mixture evenly.

Bake, uncovered, for 35-45 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Allow to cool and serve.
