Chicken Hurry

Ingredients

1 (3-pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 (1-ounce) package dry onion soup mix

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Place the chicken in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.

In a medium bowl, combine the ketchup, water, brown sugar, and dry soup mix to make the sauce.

Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring every piece is equally coated.

Cover the baking dish and bake until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 1 hour.
