Oven Baked Honey Garlic Sausages

Ingredients

8 pork or beef sausages
¼ cup honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place sausages in a baking dish or foil container in a single layer.

Make the glaze: In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper.

Pour the glaze over the sausages, turning to coat them evenly.

Add sliced onions, scattering them around the sausages.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until sausages are golden, glazed, and fully cooked.

Rest and serve: Let them sit a few minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
