Creamy Alfredo Noodles

Ingredients

8 ounces fettuccine noodles
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ tsp nutmeg
Salt and black pepper
1 cup cooked chicken or mushrooms (optional)

Directions

Cook fettuccine until al dente.

Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic.

Add heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Stir in Parmesan cheese and nutmeg.

Add chicken or mushrooms if using.

Toss noodles in the Alfredo sauce.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with extra Parmesan.
