Thai Peanut Salad Dressing

Ingredients

1 tbsp Tamari or soy sauce or coconut aminos
2 tbsp Creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp Fish sauce
1/2 cup Light olive oil, or other neutral-tasting oil
1/4 cup Lime juice
1/4 cup White vinegar
1 tbsp Brown sugar or palm sugar, optional

Directions

Blend together all dressing ingredients until smooth. This Thai Salad Dressing can be stored for up to one week in an airtight container.
