Spicy Korean Ramen

Ingredients

2 packs instant ramen noodles
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
1 cup kimchi, chopped
1 green onion, sliced
1 boiled egg (optional)
Sesame seeds

Directions

Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.

In a saucepan, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.

Add kimchi and a little ramen broth.

Stir until the sauce is smooth.

Add noodles and toss well.

Top with boiled egg, green onions, and sesame seeds.

Serve immediately.
