Hot Honey Pickles

Ingredients

Cucumbers, thinly sliced (enough to fill a pint canning jar)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic, minced
Pinch of salt

Directions

Add sliced cucumbers to a clean jar.
In a bowl, mix honey, vinegar, red pepper flakes, garlic, and salt.
Pour the hot honey mixture over the cucumbers.
Seal the jar and shake gently to coat.
Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving for best flavor.
