Coconut Sriracha Sauce

Ingredients

1 15 oz. coconut milk or cream
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup sriracha
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor, process until smooth.

Heat a sauce pan, add the coconut mixture, simmer until thickened.
