Chinese Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

6 chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp minced ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp sesame seeds
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Placing all of the ingredients in a bowl, except the chicken thighs, and mixing together.

Place the chicken thighs in the marinade and cover mix well. Cover and place in the fridge for at least one hour.

Pre-heat your oven at 375F.

Place the chicken and marinade into a casserole dish or baking pan and cook in the oven for 35 minutes turning the chicken every 10 minutes. If you like the chicken a little more caramelized then leave it in the oven for 5-10 more minutes.
