Pumpkin Cheesecake


2-8 oz pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust


Soften cream cheese. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Center should be almost set. Let cool to room temperature then refrigerate.
