Pecan Pie


1/2 cup butter OR margarine
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
3 eggs – beaten
1 cup chopped pecans
9″ unbaked pie shell


Melt butter, then stir in sugar and corn syrup until sugar dissolves. Stir in eggs, then pecans.

Pour hot mixture into pie shell and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
