Date Nut Pudding


2 eggs – beaten
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup chopped walnuts


Beat together all ingredients, except dates and walnuts. Gently stir in dates and walnuts.

Pour into greased 9″ pie plate. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.
