Mom’s Three Layer Jello Salad

Ingredients

Green Layer:
1 small package lime jello
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water

White Layer:
1 small package lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup milk

Red Layer:
1 small package red jello (any flavor as long as it’s red)
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water

Directions

This recipe does take time so plan ahead to allow enough time for each layer to set until you make the next layer. I would suggest making it a day before you will be serving it.

Start with the green layer and mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 9×13 glass baking dish. Put in refrigerator and set until firm.

Next mix all ingredients for the white layer. Carefully pour on top of green layer. Put in refrigerator and set until firm.

Mix ingredients for red layer and carefully pour on top of the white layer. Put in refrigerator and set until firm.

To serve cut into squares and top with whipped cream.
