Chocolate Lasagna

Ingredients

For the Oreo crust:
36 Oreo cookies, ground
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the hot chocolate cheesecake mousse layer:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
5 () envelopes of instant hot cocoa mix (milk chocolate flavor)
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

For the chocolate pudding layer:
2 () chocolate instant pudding mixes
2 3/4 cups milk
1 cup mini marshmallows

For the topping:
1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream (or 2 1/2 cups whipped cream)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 cups mini marshmallows
chocolate topping or Nutella for serving

Directions

Add the entire package of Oreos to a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. Add to a bowl. Stir in the melted butter. Press the contents into the bottom of a 9×13 casserole dish and place in the refrigerator to allow the crust to set.

Make the hot chocolate mousse layer by beating the softened butter and cream cheese together. Add the vanilla and powdered sugar and beat until smooth.

In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and hot chocolate powder with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold 1/2 of the hot chocolate mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Stir until combined. Then, fold in the second half. Spread mixture over the crust and place back in the refrigerator to set.

Make the pudding layer by whisking the pudding mix with the milk until it begins to thicken. Add the mini marshmallows and stir. Spread this mixture over the hot chocolate mousse layer and place back in the refrigerator to set.

Once the pudding layer has totally set, make the whipped cream. Using an electric mixer, beat the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until you have stiff peaks. Spread the whipped cream over the top of the pudding layer and place back in the refrigerator for a few hours or even overnight.

Evenly distribute 2 cups of mini marshmallows over the whipped cream topping prior to serving. Drizzle with melted chocolate, Nutella, or another chocolate topping. All leftovers should be stored in the refrigerator.
