Traditional Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 bunch fresh parsley about 2 cups
4 medium to large cloves of fresh garlic
1/4 cup oregano or 2 tbsp dried if in a pinch
1/2-2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp sea salt
4 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Place everything in your food processor and process for 10-15 seconds.

Store in a glass jar with a lid in the fridge.
