2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons snipped fresh oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 ounces crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Place all ingredients in bottle and shake well.
9 tbsps strawberry jam
4 1/2 tbsps white wine vinegar (or 4 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sugar
Less than 1/8 tsp salt (or just a pinch)
In a bowl, jar, or a glass measuring cup, add all the above ingredients; mix by stirring with a spoon.
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
2 tablespoons peeled and minced ginger
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Add 2 tablespoons of water. Process until smooth.
5 tbsps dijon mustard (stone ground, or 3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard)
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tbsps honey
2 tsp sugar
ground black pepper (fresh coarse)
Place all ingredients in a jar adding the salt and pepper to taste. Shake until well combined.
