1 pound ground meat browned
1 cup raw rice
1 can onion with beef stock soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bell pepper chopped
Mix together in greased 8×8 casserole dish. Add 2 cans water soup size to the mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour — do not take lid off.
1 lb. Ground meat (hamburger or turkey)
1 box uncooked spaghetti noodles
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ Cup Milk
2 ounces sliced pepperoni (I like Turkey)
1 (26 ounce) jar pasta sauce
1 can diced Italian style tomatoes
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Italian cheese blend
Any other pizza toppings, you would like to add like Black olives, sausage, onions, green peppers, etc…
Boil water & salt for Spaghetti noodles, once it starts boiling, add noodles.
Brown meat in a separate frying pan. Once noodles are cooked, drain and put in a casserole dish.
In a separate bowl, combine milk & egg & whisk. Poor over pasta & add jar of sauce, can of tomatoes, garlic powder, & oregano. Mix all together well.
On top of pasta mixture, layer the ground meat, then add a layer of pepperoni’s. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, & Italian cheese. And layer more pepperoni. Bake in the oven at 350 (180) for 30 minutes.
1&1/4 Lbs.- Hamburger
1- Large Onion
1/2- C. Sugar
1/2- C. Chili Powder
1/2- C. Ketchup
1&1/2- C. Water
Mix Hamburger & Onion in skillet
Brown Hamburger & Onion until Hamburger is done.
Put mixture back in skillet and add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Serve on Hot Dogs.
Can be frozen until ready to use.

1 can 15-ounces Tomato Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
8 ounces, weight Egg Noodles
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1-1/4 cup Small Curd Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup Sliced Green Onions (less To Taste)
1 cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown ground chuck in a large skillet. Drain fat, then add tomato sauce. 1/2 teaspoon salt and plenty of freshly ground black pepper. Stir, then simmer while you prepare the other ingredients.
Cook egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and cottage cheese. Add plenty of freshly ground black pepper. Add to noodles and stir. Add green onions and stir.
To assemble, add half of the noodles to a baking dish. Top with half the meat mixture, then sprinkle on half the grated cheddar. Repeat with noodles, meat, then a final layer of cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until all cheese is melted.
