Easy Egg Casserole

Ingredients

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs, whisked
6 slices bacon, diced and cooked
2 slices bread, cubed
1/3 red bell pepper, diced
2 green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic, optional, minced, or to taste
salt, to taste
ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Stir the cheddar, eggs, bacon, bread, red bell pepper, green onion, milk, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl, mixing until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Bake until the eggs are set, for about 20-25 minutes.
