Air Fryer Lemon Scones
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cup lemon cake mix
8 tablespoons cold butter, diced
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons Sparkling Sugar
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the 1 1/4 cup lemon cake mix and the 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour.
Add the cold 8 tablespoons cold butter, diced and mix well, slowly fold in the 3/4 cup milk, mix well.
Mix well, scraping the sides down for all of the flour, and cake mix.
Spray your scone pan with olive oil spray. Spread your scone batter into the cavities.
Brush the top of the scones with 2 tablespoons melted butter and then sprinkle 2 tablespoons Sparkling Sugar on top.
Set your filled scone pan in the air fryer and set the air fryer temperature to 330 degrees F, air fryer setting, and set cook time for 12-16 minutes, or until golden brown.
