Bread In 10 Minutes

Ingredients

1 cup yogurt
1 cup warm water
1 tsp. salt
4 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp vegetable oil

1/2 cup melted butter
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley *

Directions

Add yogurt, warm water, and salt to a bowl. Stir to mix.

Add flour and baking powder to the bowl. Mix well.

Knead well until all dough comes together in the bowl.

Pour on vegetable oil, punch down, and knead into a smooth ball.

Turn out of bowl onto floured surface. Dust top of dough lightly with flour.

Cut dough in half. Shape each half into a log, and then cut each log into 6 equal portions.

Roll each portion into a smooth small ball. Place to the side and cover with towel so they do not dry out.

Flour your working surface, and with one ball at a time roll out into a circle. Set to the side and cover so the dough does not dry out.

Cook each piece in a preheated pan on medium heat until browned, and puffed up.

Once all bread is cooked, melt butter in a small bowl, add parsley and stir to mix.

Brush both sides of bread with the butter and parsley mixture. Enjoy!

* You can use whatever herbs or even minced/pressed garlic to flavor your bread.
