Balloon Bread

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for added flavor and moisture)
Pinch of salt (optional, for seasoning)

Directions

In a bowl, mix the flour, warm water, olive oil, and salt.

Knead until a soft dough forms (about 1 minute).

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll into thin circles.

Place one piece in the hot pan and cook for 30–45 seconds until bubbles form.

Flip and cook for another 30 seconds until puffed up.

Repeat with remaining dough.

Enjoy warm as a side for dips, curries, or wraps. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 day.
