Blue Hawaiian


1 1/4 oz. light rum
3/4 oz. blue curaƧao
pineapple juice – as needed
sweet and sour mix – as needed
pineapple wedge – for garnish


Fill a 12 oz. glass with ice.

Pour in alcohols, then fill glass with equal amounts of pineapple juice and sweet and sour mix.

Cover and shake.

Garnish with the pineapple wedge.
