Sunday Dinner Steaks


6 to 8 cubed beef steaks
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can mushrooms, undrained
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 can beef gravy
1 can water


Dredge steak in flour and brown. Place in greased 13×9-inch pan. Sprinkle on onion soup mix. Cover with mushrooms and onions. Mix gravy and water. Pour over top. DO NOT STIR!! Cover and bake at 250°F for 3-4 hours.
