Crab Rangoon Cups
Ingredients
24 wonton wrappers
8 oz crab meat (real or imitation), chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp sour cream
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp soy sauce
½ tsp sesame oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
Sweet chili sauce or sweet & sour sauce (for dipping)
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Press wonton wrappers into a muffin tin to form little cups.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Spoon the mixture evenly into each wonton cup.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are crispy and filling is hot and slightly golden.
Let cool slightly, then serve with sweet chili sauce or sweet & sour sauce for dipping.
